The unit was supposed to be equal in height all the way across desk to Murphy bed. It was designed taller than normal because of the wall height and an alarm panel, but the Murphy bed section is not as tall as the desk. In addition, the wrong doors were sent, delaying the installation. When plain doors were sent a second time, the local office installed the desk and is supposed to swap out the doors next week. I have received no communication about the timing for the door replacement. The file hangers for the file drawer and the keyboard pull out were also missing during initial install.

I paid $14K for a medium sized walk-in closet and now I need to have my new closet redone (by another company, of course) to make it functional. I purchased a house in New Braunfels TX at which the previous owner had recently installed master closet wall units by Closets by Design. The closets wall units had drawers at the bottom and shelves at the top, and met my needs, but I wanted to relocate the wall unit to another room. I hired a contractor to move the wall unit. He removed the 6 drawer boxes, and tried to move the remaining structure without supporting it, and the whole structure collapsed and was destroyed.
